Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care No. 4 (with the recovery ward)

The department has modern anesthesia and respiratory equipment and monitoring systems. Thus, the medical specialists of the department can provide high-quality anesthetic care during all types of surgery.

Patients receive new effective and safe types of anesthesia: inhalation, intravenous, local and combined. A comprehensive approach to pain management protects patients during highly traumatic surgery and prevents development of the postoperative pain syndrome. As a result, patients face less postoperative complications and recover faster.

There is the recovery ward in the department.

Various types of anesthesia are used during some diagnostic procedures and treatment (biopsy, endoscopy, minor surgery) with a view to making them less painful and more comfortable to the patient.
