The capacity of the department is 25 beds. The staff of the department consists of 5 higher qualification category physicians and 3 first qualification category physicians. They provide high-quality medical care to the patients with various disorders.
The core activities are:
- detoxification in case of purulent and septic diseases and various intoxications;
- respiratory therapy in the patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome;
- treatment of acute coronary syndrome and acute decompensated heart failure;
- placement of temporary artificial pacemakers;
- restoration of the normal heart rhythm using synchronized cardioversion.
