Bacteriological Laboratory
List of the tests carried out at our laboratory:
- Dysbacteriosis;
- Micoplasma and toxoplasma + count+ test for antibiotic susceptibility;
- Test for fungal infections + test for antibiotic susceptibility using Vitek 2 Compact analyzer (examination of the swabs from throat, vagina, intestine, ears and the sputum);
- Microscopic examination of vaginal swabs + extended test for culture (for all aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, and for gardnerella vaginalis);
- Microscopic test of vaginal swabs for culture + test for antibiotic susceptibility using Vitek 2 Compact analyzer;
- Microscopic examination of nasal and pharyngeal swabs + test for antibiotic susceptibility using Vitek 2 Compact analyzer;
- Test for blood sterility;
- Test for urine sterility;
- Test for staphylococci + test for antibiotic susceptibility using Vitek 2 Compact analyzer.
