The experienced and highly-qualified staff of the department provide medical care to the patients assigned to outpatient clinics. The patients are admitted to the department, if they have urgent indications and referrals from outpatient clinics, or are taken to the department by emergency teams.
Indications for examination and treatment:
- Pneumonia;
- Bronchial asthma;
- Chronic obstructive lung disease and other bronchitises;
- Suppurative lung diseases (abscess, etc.);
- Various pleurisies;
- Pulmonary embolism and infarction pneumonia;
- Tracheobronchial dyskinesia;
- Fibrosing alveolitis;
- Detection of malignant tumors of the chest, etc.
