The department was established in 1978. The staff of the department is experienced and highly-qualified. Many of medical specialists have higher qualification categories. The specialists of Department of Internal Diseases No.2 of Belarusian State Medical University provide consultations to the patients of the department.
We offer:
- Comprehensive therapy for the inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the joints using intraarticular injections of glucocorticosteroids and chondroprotectors;
- Systemic enzyme therapy for Chlamydia-induced arthritis;
- Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, seronegative spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, systemic diseases of the connective tissue with biological agents (Remicade, Mabthera, Actemra);
- Intensive therapy for autoimmune rheumatic diseases (pulse therapy, extracorporeal methods, i.e. plasmapheresis, hemosorption);
- Treatment of Stage III and IV osteoarthritis accompanied by a pain syndrome with distant gamma-therapy
- Early detection of autoimmune rheumatic diseases;
- Private and semiprivate enhanced comfort wards;
- Paid consultations with a rheumatologist;
- Provision of paid services to the citizens of the Republic of Belarus and foreign citizens.
